Return Policy

At Maison Maxine, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, and you may want to return or exchange it. We’re here to make the process as easy as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns policy:


What items can I return?

You can return any unwanted product within 30 days of delivery (for online purchases) or purchase (for in-store buys), provided the item is in its original condition. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Underwear & Swimwear: These cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  • Socks: Only returnable if sealed in their original packaging.

  • Bottles: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Personalised Items: Cannot be returned.

  • Final Sale Items: In the US and Canada, items discounted by 60% or more are considered 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. These items are clearly marked as 'Final Sale' on the product page and at checkout.

To receive a full refund on eligible items, they must be returned to us in unworn, unused, unwashed condition and in the same state you received them, with all original tags attached. Items returned damaged, worn, or unsuitable for resale will not be refunded.

If you purchased an item in-store, you must provide a valid original receipt or e-receipt for the return. For more information, check our section on "How to Return My Items."


Returns Process

Returning your items is simple and hassle-free. Here’s how:

  1. Select the items you want to return: Log into your account, locate your order, and choose the items for return.

  2. Pack your items: Make sure your items are in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

  3. Attach your returns label: Print and securely attach the returns label provided.

  4. Send it back to us: Drop your parcel off at the designated return location or arrange for collection where available.


Returns Information

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Outlet items are excluded unless faulty.

  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, sweat stains, or any other signs of wear. Swimwear must include all protective stickers and tags.

  • Shoes: Soles must be clean and unscuffed, and the laces loosened to avoid damage. Ensure the shoe box is wrapped neatly and remains undamaged.

  • Gift Cards: Non-returnable.

  • Packaging: Please package your return adequately to prevent damage during transit.


Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear images, a detailed description of the issue, your order number, and the email address associated with the purchase. Once we assess your claim, we will arrange compensation and refund the return shipping costs if justified.

Claims made after 7 days must follow the standard returns procedure. Items damaged due to general wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not considered faulty.


Returns Labels

  • US Customers: If you opt for store credit, a prepaid shipping label fee will be charged during the return process.

  • Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore: Store credit returns incur a prepaid shipping label fee, depending on your location.

  • Other Countries: You will receive a plain address label free of charge, but this is not a shipping label. Customers must arrange their own shipping to return items.


Additional Information

  • If duties or taxes were paid as part of your order, these were collected by your local government and cannot be refunded by Maison Maxine. You may be able to apply for reimbursement directly with your local government.

  • While most shipping services have resumed normal operations, some international couriers may still experience slight delays. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to reach us, and an additional 14 business days for processing upon arrival.
